Sought out a massage therapist that could help with some neck/shoulder tension after sitting at a computer all day. Tonya is great! She listened to my needs and really worked the area I needed relief, I left feeling better after just 1 visit. The office is small but very pleasant, clean and decorated nicely with dim lights and a heat pad for the table. I will definitely be back to see Tonya for continued relief of my neck and shoulder pain.
I was looking for places in Lincoln that offer massages for patients with MS and Revitalize Massage Therapy and Wellness came up. Tonya was amazing and made me feel very comfortable.
Living with MS, I am in pain daily and had been to other places for massages but didn't feel the satisfaction I felt after my massage with Tonya. I will definitely be setting up another appointment with her.
Loved my massage it was very relaxing and released a lot of tension. She also gave me some stretches to help in certain areas that were hurting prior to the massage. Will definitely be back. ☺️
