I would like to recognize Ram Roofing for their outstanding customer service and follow though with the entire process! Zach provided an immediate response to my free estimate inquiry, came to my property within 24 hours of the request, took very thorough pictures of the damage, provided the roof and gutters replacement quote, educated us on the insurance process, and worked directly with our insurance claim rep, handling all insurance needs on my behalf. My communication with Ram Roofing start to finish was with Austin. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me, never having had to file a home owners insurance claim before; he walked me through all aspects of my estimate and what to expect. He spent the time working with my indecisive tendencies as it relates to color as they also did a full installation of siding on my house and shed. The house was in bad shape (severe hail and wind damage) but he and the Ram Roofing team were quick to react, set my expectations on timelines, and delivered.
