One of the best property management companies I have came across. Management is not invasive and respects tenants. It was a pleasure renting from RD.

Pros:Rent prices are hard to beatFriendly staffUpdated appliancesAssigned parkingComplex is usually quietResponse to maintenance requests is usually timelyCons:A squirrel got into my wall but the hole in the building was not properly fixed until after I acquired a bat problem in the same spot (and a bat got inside the apartment).I caught more than a dozen brown recluse spiders over less than two months.Bugs seem to easily find their way indoors even after multiple professional sprays.Overall building upkeep could be improved. I wish issues were addressed proactively instead of only after they become bigger problems.No online portal

Ryan Reinke is very rude. I am looking for low income apartment in Lincoln Nebraska and he clearly does not want to bother with me. I am disabled and need to find an apartment in Lincoln Nebraska that will accept Section 8 voucher. His very rude response to my inquiry was " No Section 8." "Read the post." I am sure that is why I was blocked by Ryan Reinke. I think that is called discrimination.

Do not try to rent from these people. They are thieves! Rob you of your application fee and deny you as a future tenant even with a co-signer. My nephew was looking for a place and has worked very hard to get on his feet. While searching for places the perfect place popped up. I first emailed them explaining the situation. Very clearly said he had no rental history or credit. They told him to fill out the application and he paid the non refundable application fee over the phone. They ran his credit and rental history, imagine that nothing! Like I explained in the email. Why did they take the application and fee just to deny him anyway. Under their application process that we were told to read he met all the criteria except credit. It also said if it wasn’t met a co-signer would be needed. Took his $40 and won’t even give him a chance. Unbelievable! So shady and unprofessional. Shouldn’t have told him to fill out the application if you knew he was going to get denied from the beginning per the email I sent.Per your reply…this isn’t Jake. Again I explained we read the criteria of getting approved. I explained that he would not meet the credit nor the rental history in an email sent before applying. You told us to fill out the application anyway. You gladly took $40 for the application fee plus a $2 processing fee. You knew from the beginning he wouldn’t meet all your criteria and still told him to fill out the application. If you knew he wouldn’t meet the criteria you should have told us from the beginning instead of robbing him of his $42! End of story! You knew it was an easy $42. Of course you wouldn’t discourage anyone from filling out an application. You can’t it’s against the equal housing laws…do you want a cookie for following laws? Sounds like your rental company is good at taking advantage of people trying to get on their feet.

Had rented with them for over 3 years. Very friendly, attentive. Anytime we had a concern, issue or question, they responded quickly & did everything to help the situation. Maintenance requests were always taken care of quickly. I highly recommend & will definitely rent from again.
