Initially, I tried contacting a different carpet/upholstery cleaning service, that was rated pretty highly, only to get the run around. Once I finally got a quote, I couldn't get back ahold of them to make an appointment. I came across PureCare, and Marshall was quick to get back to me, answer any questions I had, and set me up with an appointment right away. They exceeded my expectations with their customer service, and I liked the fact that their products were environmentally safe and the process they use, doesn't leave your furniture or carpet feeling wet for days. I would definitely recommend them!

Just had Purecare Dry Carpet Cleaning clean our carpet. All I can say is WOW! carpet looks brand new again and the house smells fresh and clean. 1. They communicated 2. They showed up when they said they would. 3. They were professional. I highly recommend Purecare.
