We had end of life service and they were amazing at this most difficult time! The front desk lady was truly a blessing. My daughter got to pick out an urn and colors for the paw print. They made prints of Dillion's nose and paws as well. Very compassionate and allowed us all the time we needed to say good bye to our beloved dog. Rainbow bridge... run free and see you in heaven.
I'm all about second chances and trying to be understanding, but this place has struck out. Our first visit a couple years ago we were left in the waiting room with our dog for more than an hour after our appointment time. When we finally got to see the vet, we waited another half hour for them to return to the exam room for the exam/shots. When I left, they apologized, but it wasn't sincere at all. The receptionist looked helpless, and they did call to apologize again. I tried to convince myself to stick with this business and understand mistakes happen. However, today was the last straw. I have used Superior Vet for many years. I recently reached out to them for medical care for my dog Tuxedo and they wouldn't give me the time of day even after explaining that he was at the Emergency Vetcare the night before and needed to urgently be seen. Since Dr Otto is not longer there the service has gone down hill. Needless to say they wouldn't provide Tuxedo any time I had to take him else where. The place I ended up going to didn't have time either but when I explained to them they opened up a spot for him. They took the time with me and with Tuxedo.
