Sheila is amazing. She has changed my idea of what yoga is and she works with your body to make sure you are doing what your body needs. Ive also attended one of her floats and it was the most peaceful time Ive experienced in a long time. Sheila has also been flexible with me and is affordable!

I attended my first class this morning with Irene. It was wonderful. I felt comfortable and was made welcome. Irenea was a fabulous & relaxed instructor. The atmosphere is perfect & I'm very lucky to have this studio 4 blocks from my County Club home. I'll be a regular from now on!
