Got my hair cut here about 3 weeks ago. The hair stylist Hope used purple shampoo (which toned my hair) without my permission which ended up leaving my hair ends pink. At first I was fine with it but it still has not fully washed out 3 weeks later and I am honestly upset that a product that changed my hair color was used without my consent. Will not be returning.

I love my visits with Courtney! She takes the time to explain what she is doing with a cut and color before. She is informative both in and out of the chair. I love getting emails from her with tips and tricks, new sale information(She knows I love a good sale), etc. Highly recommend!!
