I've had an amazing experience at Genesis Health Clubs! From the moment you walk in, the membership team is incredibly welcoming and always willing to help. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about making every visit a great experience. The club has everything you could want in a gym. The equipment is always clean, modern, and there's a huge variety for every type of workout. They also offer tennis and pickleball courts, Pilates, group fitness classes, All American Training, boot camps, and personal training, so there's something for everyone no matter your fitness level. One of my favorite parts is the recovery amenities. They have a cold plunge, dry sauna, steam rooms, towel service, and both indoor and outdoor pools, which make it feel like a fitness club and a spa all in one. Whether you're just getting started or have been working out for years, I highly recommend Genesis Health Clubs. The staff, amenities, and overall atmosphere are second to none!

After I lost my job, I tried repeatedly to contact Genesis through their “contact us” page on their website, to cancel my membership. 3 times I sent messages over the course of a month, and I received zero replies. Awful customer service, if you ask me. I had to go so far as calling my bank and placing a stop payment on any future Genesis transactions. Shameful.

Dirty.. go to the wet sauna and you’ll still find the same price of dirt that was there two weeks ago. Still don’t understand why a hose was not installed in the wet sauna to wash of other people’s filth. Terrible construction decisions. Walk around and you can see improper leveling of the concrete in the pool area and still have the filth from the construction. Cold plunge still doesn’t work. Air leaks in the hot tub. Someone decided it was a good idea to use a metal door in the dry sauna. You will burn yourself on the door if you’re not careful. Dirty showers. Broken equipment on the daily. Instead of buying new weighted balls they duck tape the balls. Lack of modern equipment.
