My husband and I were looking for frames and just happen to walk into Elegant Optics. We had a wonderful experience! The woman who helped us was extremely good at her job and super welcoming and knowledgeable! I can’t remember her name, but I know it started with a D. When it came to actually trying on the glasses, she was super knowledgeable and really helped us pinpoint what we wanted in a very helpful way, not an overbearing way. When we came back in to pick up the glasses that we ordered, she was talking with our children about what they had been up to, and even remembered details from our prior conversation.
