This business went above and beyond to correct an order and sent out a replacement photo within three days so that I had it in time for Christmas. Both Michael and Cathy were beyond kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this business!

The order did not arrive timely. My picture and photo button arrived damaged due to poor packing. The pin part of the button poked hole and indents into picture and button itself. I emailed them. They stated they would send new out and I have never received them.

I have been in contact with this company trying to figure out why my order that was supposed to be shipped on September 18th has a tracking number that says the tracking number was only created and nothing was ever shipped. We have three games left in the season and I have not received the buttons ordered. I requested to cancel the order and they only stated that they would ship what I originally ordered and did not even respond to the request for cancellation. Finally getting an update for the request to cancel the buttons and they said that I've been partially refunded but have not updated my invoice to reflect that. Then I noticed that they charged me for shipping that I was not supposed to be charged because I had the coupon code for free shipping if I spent over a certain amount..... Long story summary, if your school requires you to buy photos from this company buy the download and have your own things made.

I just received my football buttons in February for my son’s football season, that were ordered in August. After at least 10 phone calls or messages to the company the only thing they did for me was to send me a refund for the buttons since they were so far past season, no apology for not getting any pictures until after the season was past, and blurry at that. Not only did I wait months, call numerous times but I was treated like I was an inconvenience and lying. They figured out they truly hadn’t followed through and mailed my refund and buttons finally with two different handwritten messages again accusing me of lying. I’ll probably have to buy from them again but if I was selecting who to use I would not use this company.

Do not give this place your money! You will not get pictures and you will not get your money back. After many attempts of contact, they will not contact you back! Absolutely terrible service!

I absolutely dislike this photography company. Every time I’ve had a picture taken, they turned out terrible. These certain pictures were for gymnastics. Last year, I got them back and the big picture was horribly pixelated. Also the background was wrinkled and bumpy, so you could see it in every picture. We had called this company and they said the picture is supposed to be pixelated to look nice. It looks HORRIBLE! They definitely made it sound like we should just deal with it and forget about it after we paid $60 for a small package. PLEASE KEEP READING! So this year (2020) I got pictures again and I was infuriated. They were HORRIBLE once again. The lighting was ok on some of them but on others, it was so dark. On the pins, it is super hard to see any face. Also, they had took 4-5 pictures of me this time. Well...my eyes were halfway shut making it look terrible. I couldn’t believe it. Though on the pins, my eyes are perfectly open. So you choose two different photos? I won’t be showing off my so called “professionally taken” photos because they look terrible once again. If I could do 0 stars, I would.We will be trying to get in contact with this company to explain our frustration. For this company...MAKE A CHANGE because nobody is satisfied. To people about to make a purchase from this company, just please take into consideration that you will most likely be disappointed in your purchase. Thank you.

My daughter had a volleyball tournament in Omaha Feb.12-15 2016 and we were told that we would need to pay the deposit for them to take the pictures of her during the game and that the money we gave for the deposit would go towards us buying pictures. We went on the website to purchase the pictures and have found that the deposit that we gave cannot be used. I have tried numerous times to contact them via email and by phone. At this time you can not leave a message because the voicemail is full and it hangs up on you. So I guess I will just chalk up my deposit as a loss but rest assured that every tournament we go to and I see this company there I will let everyone know in line that this company is a SCAM!!! The ONLY reason I give this a star is so that I may post this review.

My daughter had her Freshman volleyball pics. taken with Callam photography we have had a hard time getting anyone to call us back about our concerns. The head of parent counsel also called and tried to help us, still no response. I have called the number listed and emailed the company after several months still no response. I will not order from this company ever again.
