Air went out on 100 degree evening. Next morning Sandy said only thing open was after five (with OT charge). But at 1:15pm I got a call and Kelsey and Nate showed up. Within an hour they changed out the capacitor and the filter... I'm back up and cooling. Great job Kelsey and Nate, thank you.
Igor showed up ahead of time, introduced himself, listened to what our problem was, and went right to work. He kept us informed what he was doing throughout the process. Finished promptly and then once again explained what was done. Igor is very personable and friendly. A greet person to work with.
Igor was quick to get back to me and got to my house quick to fix the capacitor in my air conditioner. If it would have been something worse I would have been without air for way too long! Thank you so much Igor for the quick service!
