By far one of the best women's health clinics I have ever been to. The staff is extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and KIND. The care I received from them has just been amazing. Amanda, Amber, Trinity and Dr. Adam have been AMAZING.
Doctors are exceptional. The billing department is horrible. Demand down payments before procedures, before insurance even covers their portion, and then takes over 2 months to refund the down payment… I was told if I did not pay In advance I would be responsible for full amount within 30 days….but yet they take almost three months to return my money… they’d send someone to collections if the script was flipped and they didn’t receive their money immediately… 🤔
