My cellphone screen was black with occasional horizontal green lines. I walked in, no appointment, and James (very pleasant young man by the way) had my contacts, photos, and apps transferred to my new phone in about an hour. Very reasonable price, too. Note James' boss: he needs a new chair (or this one needs a new covering) behind the counter.

This shop is my go to for phone repairs, the employee who helped me (James) was very friendly and explained my options well, and did a great job on the actual repair. Haven't had an issue with the device since, would highly recommend this shop!

Very friendly and good work! Only critiques: - Was not informed up front that, after the repair on my iPad Mini power button, the fingerprint sensor would no longer work - Kept getting very incorrect estimates on when the repair would be complete
