I worked with Ben for a couple years and it was great for many reasons. Their space is awesome and I catch myself remembering things Ben taught me almost every day even a few years after we trained together.

Such a great gym - the trainers are super flexible with my schedule, even when I have a kid or two in tow. They make it so easy for a busy mom of 5 to get a workout in with no excuses!

I cannot express how thankful I am for Ben! Nothing better than feeling stronger in daily life. I've never once felt judged or self-conscious like I often do at the gym (even when my toddler was with and cried an entire session, Ben didn't miss a beat). I was always the perfect amount of sore (knew I did some work, but could still do it again the next day). I recommend him to everyone.
