They do not answer their phones ever. I have called many times and left several messages. The one time they picked up I left my information with the receptionist for a call back. I did not hear back from them at all. This place doesn't help anyone. I am not sure how they are in business? It frightens me that this company can even make money to do nothing!!!!

The one time Betty (front desk person) answered the phone so I could finally make an appointment denied ever seeing my hundreds of calls to this place. I could see on her computer screen all of my phone calls that they never answered. These people get paid to do NOTHING! This place doesn't even have connections to help people. The connections that they do have are just as helpless as they are. The government pays this company to be a joke.Do not come here if you are looking for help. They never answer their phone! Not very good people! Don't like argument from the folks they serve, which results in them not wanting to better their impression on there clients. Did not get a very good impression from the gall who decided to work with me, because she saw me in the meeting that's sets it all. It got better as things went on, but so many things were in the wrong. I'm not going to go into know negative rampage. But these are my experiences personally. If, ya don't want to do what's best for your clients regardless of disability, then I can't see this being a organization that helps such. Just saying!
