I had 1st appointment with Ashley! All I can say is WOW!!!! She is AMAZING! She is knowledgeable and informative. She customized my massage for me and used cupping to release some knots that have been pestering me for quite some time! passionate about her profession. I will Definitely be a regular client from now on!!!

Ashley is by far the most knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist I have ever been to. She understands and implements body work in a way I have never experienced, and goes above and beyond by teaching me body literacy so I can help maintain my results in between sessions. I’ve had many issues from chronic muscle pain, to muscle wasting, to trouble activating my muscles, to slow lymphatic drainage, to swelling and puffiness, and the worst trigger points and concrete fascia - she provides incredible results every session, and I guarantee that whatever problems you have, she will figure out root causes and create improvement in those areas.
