This was a wonderful much needed massage. I had a terrible fall, & Abby helped relax all my muscles & knots thay I didnt even know I had. Most definitely going back.

For my birthday, my husband purchased me a gift card to Massage Envy. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating before I even walked through the door.
Their cancellation policy is excessive. Even when using a gift card, they still require a credit card on file and reserve the right to charge 50% if you cancel within 24 hours (unless they find a replacement) and 100% for a no-show. I found that unreasonable and off-putting from the start.
The appointment itself was equally disappointing. I arrived more than five minutes before my 1:00 PM appointment. The front desk walked me to the back, told me to enjoy my massage, and then left. Since it was my first visit, I had no idea where I was supposed to go or what I was supposed to do. I stood there while employees continued their conversation without acknowledging me.
Eventually someone realized I was still standing there and apologized. The massage therapist came over and asked if I had completed my paperwork. I told him no, and only then did they realize I was a new client. At this point, it was already after 1:00 PM. The front desk employee brought out an iPad and went through all of the intake questions with me, taking even more time.
What bothered me most was that their mistake cut into my appointment time. I assumed that because they failed to process a new client correctly, I would still receive the full 60-minute massage I booked. That was not the case.
After the paperwork, the therapist took me back, spent time talking with me, then I changed clothes, waited for him to return, and only then did the actual massage begin. Massage Envy counts all of that—consultation, changing, and getting situated—as part of your scheduled massage time. The actual hands-on massage time was far less than what most people would expect when booking a 60-minute massage.
I also paid for a foot sugar scrub enhancement using the remaining balance on my gift card, which was nothing special.
When the appointment ended, I was immediately met with sales pitches for a membership and recommendations for monthly 90-minute massages with additional upgrades. After the experience I had, there is absolutely no chance I would ever purchase a membership.
My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, and I was walking out to my car around 2:00 PM. Between the delayed check-in, paperwork, consultation, changing time, and waiting, I definitely did not receive what I consider a full 60-minute massage.
Overall, the service felt disorganized, unprofessional, and overpriced. First impressions matter, and this location failed from the moment I arrived. I left feeling like my time was wasted and that I did not receive the service I paid for. I would not return and would not recommend it.

Krystal was out of this world. I’ve had probably 12 massages due to health issues in the past couple months and she by far was my favorite. So so good
