Saw Ryan Doughtry which is a PA, for my wrist and i thought he was really good, was sent home on motrin and Tylenol, which was fine, and i started PT and everything was good. But when the swelling would not go down and it is painful all the time to the point that i can't sleep i called them everyday for a week with no response till today when they call and say no they aren't going to help me. so tell me why it took 7 days??? My PT called them as well and still nothing. That is NO way to treat a human being. So i cancelled my appointment to follow up and will find someone else.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Won't work with United Healthcare even though they state they do. Predatory business practices by trying to force you to pay out of pocket instead of file with your insurance. Will never go to such an incompetent healthcare provider again.

Absolutely terrible! Never even called back for a new appointment. Called and was put on hold for 15+ minutes (until I hung up). I ended up leaving 2 voicemails and never heard back.
