Love my new wig!! Sheila and her staff treated me like family, listened to my preferences and found the perfect style and color to match my natural, thinning hair. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and styles available, and I will recommend Sheila’s Wigs to my friends. Thank you, Sheila!

If you are a younger cancer patient do not go to this place to get your wigs. My wife bought two wigs from here that were outrageously priced for the poor craftsmanship and cheap materials used. The women that work there do not know how to properly fit their wigs or style hair for anybody under the age of 70 and get angry if you do not like what they’ve done. They also have a tendency to talk about people when they think no one can hear them. When my wife confronted them about the issues with her wigs, she was told there was nothing they could do and they refused to refund her money. This business takes advantage of female cancer patients that are desperate for some sort of normalcy in their lives. We wasted almost $800 on trash wigs that look like they came from a Halloween store. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I live in Connecticut and I can not find a place and will never find a place like Sheila’s!She has the most beautiful wigs, best customer service and just an all around fun place to come to.It is truly the real Steel Magnolias!Thanks for all that you do Sheilia!

I went into Sheila's for the first time. I went there thinking I'd just check it out and leave. My hair is thinning and I've been so depressed. What I experienced when I went in was such a caring staff and Sheila the owner was incredible. She totally understood how I was feeling. I wanted to hid my thin hair but I didn't know that a wig was something I wanted. Sheila showed me several toppers that blended with my hair. I walked out feeling so happy and holding my head high. I would highly recommend Sheila's. FYI. She offers so much more than just wigs and toppers. Gotta make an appointment and plan on findings as

Sheila and her staff are knowledgable and incredibly welcoming. I have Alopecia and lost my hair within 2 months. I was totally uneducated when it came to wigs, but they walked me through everything and were funny and lighthearted the whole time. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the wig selection is huge! If you're even considering getting a wig or topper, go to Sheila! You won't regret it.

All I can say is as soon as you walked in you were treated as family. They are humble, genuine and they have a big heart. They are very special women or honestly angels. Sometimes we are placed in someone's life for a reason. I'm thankful I crossed paths and they were placed by God without question. I've found my second family and I can't tell you how blessed I am. Don't hesitate to stop in, you will be glad you did. Big hugs and thank you!!!!!!

EDIT: after a year I was done going here. After a few months I always left the salon the way "she" wanted my hair. Curly and with tangles, I also lived the way she would talk about me when I was in the private room. I put up with some of the remarks as i was I initially pleased. I went elsewhere that actually styles my hair and does a way better job. I also was able to get a piece that matched my hair instead of.going back every 2 weeks to get a glazing.Original post: I did my research and I am so glad I got the courage to call Sheila. As nervous as I was and still am. I felt so welcome and cared for. I was truly amazed. I'm thrilled with the results.

I bought a wig topper from Sheila in November of 2021. It was in a Bob style. Right below my ears. After wearing it a few days, one side had taken on the shape of a "c" on one side, due to tucking it behind my ear. I called and asked if I could use my straightener on it and Laura said NO. Bring it in and we'll do it. I took it right away. She steamed it and that side came out 3" longer than the other side! It was very limp and flattened. She had steamed the heck out of it and now it looked dead. They both proceeded to tell me it was me! That my head had changed shape, or I was wearing it wrong. Laura tried to put it on my head crooked so it would Look straight. When I questioned them about it being so long on one side and what had Laura done to it, both Sheila and Laura accused me of wearing it lopsided so it would look 3" "longer in that side. Laura STRETCHED it OUT is what she did. Sheila promised me she'd order me another one and even though I've called her repeatedly, she has yet to do so. I spent $250 on something I can never wear again. And if I tried to cut it to be the same as the other side, it had lost all shine and body on the part she steamed. They love you and talk so sweet when you're buying from them, but have a problem with their wig, they turn on you. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!! I'd give them a ZERO if I could.
