I had the pleasure to have a drop in during my job transit to Wilmington. The environment was very friendly, the coach has explained all the details of the WOD and I had an effective workout and fan too. I strongly recommend a visit to that box and for sure I will drop in again next time I will be at Wilmington!

Moved to wilmington about 3 months ago looking for new gym in the area and stopped in for a class at seacoast. After my first workout, I immediately joined. Not only did I find a great gym but I found a great community of people who are so welcome and treat each other like family. Love my seacoast fam !!

Dropped in and was met with friendly members, a personable and knowledgable coach/owner, and a very fun class. I wish I lived in town so I could be a member here. 10/10 will come back asap.
