BeU is absolutely my tribe! Their signature hot vinyasa flow gives me the perfect mix of physical fitness and mental clarity that I need in my life. The 105-degree heated room combined with a powerful flow is incredible for building strength and releasing stress. The instructors are so welcoming, and the community here makes every class feel like coming home. I can't recommend this studio enough!

Visiting the area, I dropped into the 6pm Inferno class. I’ll admit—I usually avoid yoga classes that incorporate weights, but I was looking to add some strength work into my practice. I’m really glad I stepped outside my comfort zone. The class was fantastic—challenging in all the right ways, with a great balance of calm, focused yoga and well-paced strength movements. I’ll definitely be back. And the class that followed caught my attention too—a hot flow with a live DJ…looked like a vibe I need to experience next time.

My favorite yoga spot in Wilmington. I’m not a huge yoga person but I can’t deny how good I feel at the end of these classes. I’m hooked on hot yoga now and try to attend at least twice a week. Instructors have been welcoming and the price is set to where I can actually afford it, so I’m gonna keep going! Thank you all at beunlimited!🙏🏼
