Shawn at Banzet was great to work with. Shawn assisted my husband and I with multiple closings (land and new construction) with ease. Prior to each closing he informed us of what would be required and answered all questions.

Our attorney knows his stuff and is trustworthy. Four stars because calls don't seem to get relayed very well as I don't get prompt return calls. I do recommend them for services.

Rob May did a great job with my latest closing in Warren County. It was long and arduous, mostly due to an 8 week delay on obtaining a septic permit . However, we all were able to stick through it together and closed to the delight of all parties
