She genuinely listens to what I want and makes sure I'm comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor make every visit enjoyable, and I always leave the salon feeling confident and refreshed.
She takes the time to walk me through each step, demonstrating techniques and recommending products that suit my hair type. Thanks to her guidance, I feel confident styling my hair at home and maintaining a salon-fresh look between appointments.
