Tyler is great. Recently a shower faucet jammed in the on position and of course at 8pm. After a few calls I found a plumber who answered, but who was tied up. He suggested Drain Doctor. Well, I called and Tyler answered and out here within an hour. He was able to do a temporary repair so we could turn the water back on, but as with all older houses he had to special order the parts. Once the parts came in Tyler came back the same day he got the parts and took the time to really do the repair correctly. He also took the time to answer some other questions I had. He definitely knows what he is doing. I would recommend him for both 24/7 emergency service (i.e. clogged drains...read full review
