My husband and I used 4G to design our dream home. We currently live in Arizona and will be relocating to North Carolina soon. The town where we are going to build is out of their area they build but Kayla went out of her way to drive there and check it out. Kayla and Sam made the process so easy and we are so happy with the results. We cannot wait to start building! Thank you!

We recently moved into a home that 4G build. The house is great and anytime we had questions, they have been more than willing to help. Customer service is great even after the home was built and we are the 3rd owners.

I want to share how impressed I am with Sam Gandy and 4G Design Builders. I purchased a home from 4G 5 years ago, it has been a wonderful home with no issues. I recently sold my home since I have to relocate for work. I had a couple of questions regarding something for our inspection report and Sam Gandy was out of the country, responded to my emails and took care of all of my requests. He even had someone come to my home to help me. I can not say enough about Sam Gandy and 4G Design and their incredible customer service and truthfully the home they built. I recommend them 110% for building incredible homes and their customer service.
