OK PARENTS IVE BEEN READING UR REVIEWS ABD BY LAW THEY CANT NOT KEEP U FROM GOING BACK IN TYEV BACK WITH UR KID BC 1 THEY ARE A MINIOR 2 U ARE THEIR RESPONSIBLE PARENT AND THATS ILLEAGEL IF THEY DO THIS ANY MINE HAS TO BE WITH A ADULT THATS IS THERE PARENT OR SIGN RESPONSIBLE PARTY. SO NEXT TIME THEY TELL I U CANT GO BACK U TELL THEM BY LAW H HAVE ALL RIGHTS BC UR KIDS ARE MINORS AND UR THEOR PARENT AND THEY CANT DO THAT BC ANYTHING CUD HAPPEN TO UR KID BACK IN THE BACK ANYONE CUD BE TOUCHING ON THEM I TRUST NO DAM BODY EVER ESPICALLY WITH MY KIDS

Today, I have cancelled my daughters' appointment because my youngest child was running a fever and throwing up last night. Instead of saying thank you for letting us know, let us reschedule for you, I was responded with, "Two broken appointments a year will result in emergency visits only." When the other day they called and asked if anyone was running a fever or has been tested for covid in the past two weeks. I guess that doesn't apply 24 hours before the appointment. I already didn't like the fact that parents can't go back with their child after 3 years of age. I will find somewhere else to go if they care more about policies than the safety of my child and others.

Denied service due to my request for anesthesia. The lack of professionalism is loud without being disrespectful to the ones who spent years in this field. Medical attention due to the patient should be their primary focus as well as making sure the patient is comfortable in procedures. Disappointed isn’t the word to describe when i have been waiting for a removal of my tooth for months. I ask if you do one thing to help the next customer to whatever request they need and if the procedure seems scary and they are anxious then grant them that comfort to using anesthesia. Thank you.
