Dennis came today to replace the grout in my floor. He was alone and it was a very large area. He stayed to complete the job as I have somewhere to be tomorrow. He did an excellent job!! Thank you Dennis!!!
There are so many adjectives to describe the professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, courteous, thorough, patienit and more..that Raymond Lucero demonstrated this morning. Our kitchen ceiling was threatening to collapse from a roof leak due to the recent rain and snow. The work is in progress and will take several days to dry out and then begin the restoration. We're confident that we will be more than satisfied with the finished product.
Once American Restoration and my insurance company came to an agreement on pricing, Keisha Kelly called to introduce herself as my project manager. She immediately got started on putting our kitchen back together. Keisha is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and helpful in making suggestions and coordinating colors. She had a calming presence about her when I would get stressed out. I was very fortunate to have her as my project manager and I highly recommend her as yours.
