From EmergeOrtho: Foothills Region

Founded in 1999, EmergeOrtho: Foothills Region was created when Catawba Orthopaedic Specialists, Burke Orthopaedic Associates, and Caldwell Orthopaedic Associates merged together to form the Unifour's largest orthopaedic practice. In 2016, we merged again to become part of EmergeOrtho—one of North Carolina's largest orthopaedic practices focused on providing patient-centered care. Since our founding date, we have grown to offer state-of-the-art bone, joint, and muscle care at seven offices throughout North Carolina—our offices include Granite Falls, Hickory, Lenoir, Morganton, Newton, Taylorsville, and Valdese.
