EmergeOrtho: Foothills Region, established in 1999 through the merger of three orthopaedic practices, is one of North Carolina's largest orthopaedic practices focused on patient-centered care. Patients report very good experiences, highlighting the friendly and caring staff. It is easy to make appointments with options for more than one location. The staff provides great customer service and is very knowledgeable. Dr. Daley is a great doctor, very easy to talk to, and shows interest in what you have to say. Kyle is also an awesome doctor. The facility has great people and provides wonderful, supportive care with kindness, especially for knee injuries and injections.
I feel like Dr. Bell was very through and answered any questions that I had. I get anxiety about procedures even when it's a small procedure but after my visit, I felt better about my upcoming procedure.
Was very pleased with the office staff very polite and efficient. I do not care for the registration before I get to the office. I do like Dr Bell very much. He is timely and explains everything well. Very informative and I like his personality. He puts you at ease.
The experience I always have is a good one. Doctors and everyone is friendly and they take good care of you. But I usually have to wait at least 45 minutes after my appointment time before I’m seen by the doctor. Besides that, the place is awesome.
