EmergeOrtho: Foothills Region, established in 1999 through the merger of three orthopaedic practices, is one of North Carolina's largest orthopaedic practices focused on patient-centered care. Patients report very good experiences, highlighting the friendly and caring staff. It is easy to make appointments with options for more than one location. The staff provides great customer service and is very knowledgeable. Dr. Daley is a great doctor, very easy to talk to, and shows interest in what you have to say. Kyle is also an awesome doctor. The facility has great people and provides wonderful, supportive care with kindness, especially for knee injuries and injections.
I put my trust in Dr Tolbert because he's been very honest and helpful to me. He answers my questions with clarity and patience. Everyone is very nice and work with a caring/professional atmosphere. Also I want to add I've never met a nicer and caring person than the receptionist, (Melony). She did everything in her power to help me get in to be seen asap.
This was a follow up visit from a previous cortezone injection and PT for my left knee. I don't have any pain just some stiffness and not full range of motion. Plan is to try to keep up the exercises given to me from PT and return if there is any return of pain.
Shane was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He outlined a plan of treatment, made sure I understood it and was comfortable with it, and clearly articulated next steps. I am very confident about the plan he has in place for me and just as confident in his abilities.
