Great and FAST service and very professional! Reasonable price. My semi needed a steering tire. Louis provided accurate cost and got my semi on the road in less than 1 1/2 hour. I highly recommend their service. Thank you!
I live in Kannapolis NC and drove a little over two hours to meet my brother and his family, in Maxton NC to pick up my daughter. My alternator went out on my van and we called C-R Road Service. The gentleman stated that it would be at least 2-2 1/2 hrs before he could get to us. That was fine, I was stuck indefinitely. He eventually showed up and let us know it was the alternator. He said he could replace it, we went to Advance auto and bought the new alternator, took it back to where my van was. He had already removed the old one and took the new alternator and had it back on within 30 minutes. It cranked right up!! I've never been so relieved in all my life. I didn't quite catch his name, but I believe it was Luis. He was absolutely amazing!! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue at hand. I'm very pleased with the service I received and I would highly recommend C-R Road Service!
