Great group of teachers and a welcoming community! I came to my first post-COVID in-person yoga class here in the spring of 2023, and this studio absolutely inspired me to resume my in-person yoga practice.

I have been going to Yoga Inspired Raleigh for a few months and I LOVE it! I started going because they offer aerial yoga classes and this is the majority of what I do there. But their may classes are just as good and they have events like full moon circle, women's circle, etc. I love all the teachers and students. I highly recommend them!

Yoga Inspired is a restful and serene studio. Each guide is well trained, understanding and supportive. I love the variety of classes and the community that has evolved over the past year.

Tuesday: 6AM - 8:30PM
Wednesday: 9:30AM - 8:30PM
Thursday: 6AM - 8:30PM
Friday: 9:30AM - 5:30PM
Saturday: 8AM - 12PM
Sunday: 9:30AM - 1:30PM
