Really impressed with this groomer. They were able to schedule my pup same day and got him done quickly. They were great!

My dogs were fired for being too aggressive. They certainly are not (video clip from last groom at home), which is not solely my opinion but three other groomer’s opinions (verified).Lesson learned: Ask about the employees’ grooming history/education before dropping dogs off somewhere.I’m feeling guilty I put my dogs through an experience where they were muzzled the entire time and probably panicked for reasons unknown (lack of understanding on how to groom cockers??). They couldn’t be sweeter dogs.To top it off, I do a much better job at home (i.e. brush while brow-drying…not let the dogs mostly air dry, then blow dry, and subsequently brush without ever combing) but needed help this week.

Disclaimer: This is not to cause harm to the business but to avoid this maybe happening to your pet. My Yorkshire terrier was brought in for a service , asked to cut mats out & trim due to I wanted to keep as much hair as possible. ( It had been a while since my pup last groomer apt which was why I thought I choose the best place for him. . ) ( A few mats were near his legs ) I got a call 2 hours later and picked up my pup. My pup hair cut was as asked style WISE! The young lady mentioned Deshed was done which I did not ask nor was contacted regarding anything except pick up notification. I checked out had a black shirt on , which was literally like a fur sweater time I got in my car and held my pup in my lap. I have never seen that much hair on me after just having my pup groomed. My pup kept closing his eyes my first thoughts were maybe some shampoo got in his eyes. I monitored and then seen my pup began squinting. I still remained cool and was going to monitor. I had a few errands to run so had to leave my pup alone. When returning back home my pup eyes were swollen shut and very runny. ( left eye open, right shut) The operation hours had closed so I left a VM and ample text with pics showing what was going on. I got a call from the store mgr advising she had watched the entire service and that deshed was done I asked did he get blow out after she said no they don’t blow out longer haired dogs after they service. Which is crazy to me due they expect the deshed hair to stay on the dog ? Apparently no shampoo got in his eyes , no injury , so this was caused due to lack of professional judgement to blow my pup out after deshedding. Again hair cut was decent but this brought my first visit in HORROR. Still waiting on a call from the owner.

Best place I found when moving here for my doodle! They have a great membership also that I'll probably start back up soon! Super nice, clean and caring.

I never got to actually use any of their services but I'm extremely frustrated at how they handle things. I booked my dog an appointment took of work to bring him and gps took me to garner i get that it's not their fault but they didn't even try to work with me just told me i had to reschedule so i did that. Boom today is the day of my appointment and noticed my dogs rabbies shot was due today and because of that they won't accept him. I just feel like the shot is not a day old it's literally the day of his appointment i feel like that could have been worked around but whatever maybe im being protected of something since it's such a hassle to get my dog taken care of

Whenever I take my two pups, Chip and Hopper, to Splash and Dash for grooming, they always come back looking clean and handsome. The staff there is very sweet and gentle with them, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a grooming salon that truly cares for its clients.

Friendly staff, excellent communication, and easy drop off/pick up. My pups looked amazing after their baths and haircuts, thank you Splash and Dash :)

So excited to have found this sweet little shop. They did a fantastic job on my 1year old Shih Tzu. Excellent communication, easy intake/pickup process and I have a very happy & clean pup.
