I love this facility: nice staff, a wide range of machines, super clean (important), and never crowded. The monthly fee, in my opinion, is beyond reasonable (I relocated to NC from Boston and the same caliber of facility in Boston would easily cost twice as much). I also very much appreciated the free hour with Theresa to introduce me to machines and set up a workout plan. Couldn’t be more pleased.
Love this place! Never had a better gym membership! Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Steam room + trainers, classes, Physical Therapists on site! Super clean and the best staff ever!! Woot!
Been a member here a couple years prior to 2015, hated leaving. Started again post COVID. Its the best place for Adults. Saw complaints about the lap pool being hard to schedule. Same day always has lanes 1-2 available. But if you know your schedule ahead of time its easy to get a lane 4-5-6 to yourself. The gym equipment is outstanding and there are more than one variation of each equipment. The staff is always helpful as well. I just love this place, there are a lot of older folks (like me). I'd successfully trained for a couple Ironman triathlons here and back for a third. This is not a YMCA or typical fitness center its more of what it says, a wellness center... read full review
