I have received great service at the Results Physiotherapy North Raleigh location. The therapists there are very knowledgeable and takes great care of you and your physical therapy plan to ensure a successful recovery. I am a returning client and would recommend Results to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I really liked the positive and calm atmosphere of this clinic. My PT was great and very patient with me as well as answering all my questions. I felt like the whole staff knew who I was and made me feel like they were cheering me on. Happy to have graduated!

This is my second or third round at Results physiotherapy. They have been great every time. The exercises are reasonable and they help me get better and back to normal. Staff are all professional and personable.

Be aware they double book appointments so you aren’t really giving the full attention of the physical therapist. Felt I was just given things to do that didn’t help my injury. In addition a lot of the equipment is old, worn or doesn’t work.

I've been really happy with other locations of results and with a new job I wanted to try something that was closer to work for easier appointments during the day. The actual physical therapy here is mediocre at best. It was the first place where I was just given exercises for 20 minutes to do on my own with zero interaction or help. I can ride a recumbent bike for 15 minutes on my own I don't need to pay to come and do that.However the real kicker here is the extreme lack of communication and lack of follow-through from the front desk. I have a job that requires some changes to a schedule especially when I'm asked to book out 4 weeks for best availability which makes sense. I called on Monday and left a voicemail because no one answered saying that I needed to cancel Tuesday and Thursday because I was called out of town for work and then proceeded to get reminders for both of those appointments. I called and as usual they didn't actually answer and had to leave another voicemail. They call and try to guilt me about having to cancel them and we spoke and then I got yet another reminder for Thursday even after we spoke on both Monday and left voicemails.

I've been in pain for a while with limited mobility. After just two sessions, I was out of pain and have most of my mobility back. Incredible results. My practitioner is Adriel. She's very knowledgeable and helpful.

Do not use. Gone from reliable local practice to standard unethical healthcare billing frauds and surprise billing nightmares. Unreachable via any method. "Upstream rehabilitation" is the nationwide owner now.
