Hi, I contacted Ruddy to come to do my wife's nails since she is in a rehab facility following a stroke. Ruddy spent over 2.5 hours with my wife for both a manicure and pedicure and was so caring, supportive, and professional. I couldn't be happier with the service she provided.

TLDR- My appointment was randomly cancelled two days in advance with no explanation. I’d been looking forward to finding a new nail care professional in the Triangle and had heard rave reviews about this one. I’d booked a pedicure and a manicure for two different dates. My pedicure was scheduled the week before my manicure. I cancelled my pedicure 3 days in advance due an emergency and explained to nail studio the situation. I confirmed with them I wanted to keep my manicure appointment that was coming up. They confirmed that was okay. A week later, I randomly receive an automated email (two days before the appt) that my manicure was cancelled. No explanation or any type of personal contact. No offer to adjust the nail appointment time, or anything. I had an event scheduled for the day of my manicure appointment and I understand emergencies happen. So, I was mostly disappointed with the customer management process although I’m sure the nail work is great.

Visiting the RR Nail studio is one of the best decisions I've made. The atmosphere is relaxing and Ruddy is both uplifting and talented. I always leave with my hands and feet feeling revived. The smoothness lasts weeks! It's hard to find spa-like treatment, professionalism, and creativity all in the same place, but RR Nails is all that and more.

R&R is the best nail art studio ladies and gentlemen alike can experience. The private one on one service allows you to fully relax and your services are dedicated to you without any interruptions. Ruddy is the epitome of professionalism and grace! She is kind, ensures she does anything she can to elevate your experience including offering beverages, snacks, lighting, music, etc, and the studio is beautifully styled and comfortable. Ruddy always provides excellent service and whether you get a regular gel mani or acrylics with nail art, it looks amazing! She also cares about the health of your nails and skin. Her skin/hair care line smells sensational and keeps you moisturized. I have been a loyal client for over 3 years and will continue to be for years to come; R&R is simply the best.

Ruddy has been my nail tech since I moved to the Raleigh area in 2021. She is the best! Meticulous, takes her time doing your mani/pedi and is super personable. I highly recommend her for the quality and personality. I go to her location (she does do mobile) and she sets the right ambiance with candles and gives you special treatment. I love her and will always have he are my nail tech!
