Looking for great trainer who will elevate not only your physical appearance but your mentality as well, Melvin is that trainer. Invested in your success from day one but very honest that it's all on you when it comes to putting in the work. He will push you into your greatness if you are willing.... You won't lose with him, well you'll lose the weight lol but everything else is gainssssss
