First of all I want to say that the staff was extremely courteous and the photographer and assistant did an AMAZING job with our newborn. The pictures were absolutely wonderful and beautiful. That's where I have to stop with the praise. The schedule process and limited availability for newborn sessions was a bit frustrating and the fact that if you don't take it you lose your deposit is a bit rigid. That was mildly annoying. The marketing tactic of giving away newborn photo shoots to get you in and get that deposit is slightly shady given the package prices. Talk about sticker shock! Awesome place! The team was kind, welcoming and amazing to work with. The whole process was quick and easy. Our boys enjoyed it and were laughing throughout the whole process would highly recommend.
