I recently finished a course of PT for low back pain at the EPIC office in Garner. The team there did a wonderful job!When I arrived, I had nerve pain shooting down my leg and basic things like walking and sitting at a desk were very uncomfortable. After several months working with Kayla and Mariah (the dream team!), the nerve pain is completely resolved. The back pain no longer bothers me day-to-day and I'm back at the gym. Kayla and Mariah not only helped resolve the pain, but gave me the tools to understand the sources of the pain and to manage it on my own, both in the short-term with mobility movements and self-massage, and also in the longer-term with stability...read full review

I have had an excellent experience at EPIC Physical Therapy in Garner. I worked both Kayla and Mariah. Both are fantastic! The use of soft tissue massage, dry needling, cupping, strengthening and stretching exercises helped me regain mobility quickly. Thank you! I recommend this convenient location and professional staff to everyone.

Mariah and Kayla were the best duo. Kept things fun and challenging. I owe my recovery to their hard work. Hopefully I don’t have to return but if I do; I know I’ll be in the great hands with them again.
