My home warranty asked for a second opinion on whether or not my dishwasher worked properly. They assigned DK to the task. The repair person was very polite and confirmed with me that the dishwasher needed to be replaced. Upon leaving my house, the repair person insured that DK would contact my home warranty company with the report stating that I needed a new dishwasher. A week pasted and DK failed to send the report to my home warranty company so the home warranty company reached out to DK and asked for the report. Rude and Unprofessional. My insurance company contracted them for fixing my dishwasher. They never came on sight to see the issue and claimed to have ordered the part that my dishwasher required. They then said that they would come between 9 to 9:45 three days later. After setting time aside for their technician, not only did they fail to inform me of their absence, when questioned I was told I was crazy for only being available in the morning time. The rude and arrogant lady on the phone ended up cancelling my service request entirely, rather than tryin to accommodate me later in the day. I would not recommend them. We had issues with our washer, and our insurance company sent them out for the repair. The man who came out said he had to order a part, and he would contact me when the part came in to fix the issue. I tried contacting them 5 days later, and received no response. The next day, the insurance company contacted me saying that DK had contacted them saying they didn’t know how to fix the issue.They wasted our time rather than admitting up front that they couldn’t fix the issue.
