Debra Collins, Restored Essence

I developed a fear of bridges over water in my late 30's. It got progressively worse, so I decided to give hypnosis a try. My acupuncturist actually recommended Debra, so I had 2 sessions with her this past summer. I am not going to say that I look forward to going over bridges now, but I am not having a major panic attack, crying, or hyperventilating when I go over one. I can now plan vacations without stressing about it, look at pictures of bridges, and talk about it without tearing up.
