Lena is amazing. Every time I have come in she has treated me like a king, my feet always feel brand new. The hot stone will make you fall asleep so be careful

I was very offended by the lady who did my pedicure. She proceeded to tell me that the color I picked was not good for my Dark Skin Tone!!! I was so taken back by this, especially when I did not ask for her opinion. I paid for a service and NOT HER OFFENSIVE OPINION!

I had a great experience here. Nail artisan Lena was so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back. Do not hesitate to stop by and tell Lena I sent you.

I just moved to Raleigh and was nervous about finding a new nail salon, but Allure Nail & Spa did NOT disappoint! Tracy was so detailed and precise, and she really took her time. She made sure my feet were literally baby smooth. You can tell she cares about her work and her clients. The salon was clean, relaxing, and professional. I will definitely be coming back. So happy I found my new spot! Cost wasn’t bad either 58 for a basic pedicure with gel!

Lena takes care of my pedicure (toe nail color is 037) and eyebrow waxing. She so sweet and pleasant. She doesn’t rush and she takes her time. She’s probably the best nail tech at this salon

Sue did an Amazing job! She hasn’t done my nails in 2 years! I went on Saturday & she did her thing as always! Love her. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend ☺️

I came in for a lip wax, and my total was 11 dollars. I left a 4 dollar tip making my total 15 dollars and instead they took a 15 dollar tip instead taking 26 dollars total! I come here every other week and I'm VERY disappointed in the theft they did to me!

I was told that I would have to wait 10 minutes
But another customer came in and was serviced immediately without an appointment.
You know what I did... When somewhere else where I was respected...

I have never had trouble at this location. I drove 45 minutes to come here because I normally love it so much but today I had the worst experience from one of the nail techs named Stephen—so much so that he literally left me crying. He was so nice at first and kept telling me to take my time but I had him redo one nail because I saw black hair stuck in it and it wasn’t mine (my hair is blonde). He kept saying over and over that I was picky and mentioned that he spent two hours working on my nails and now he had to deal with this. I tried apologizing for it because I really try not to inconvenience anybody but he just kept saying I was too picky and he didn’t see a hair. He brought someone else over to look at it but I couldn’t tell what she said about it. I wish I had gotten a picture. I can’t remember all that he said but he kept making it seem like it was my fault and was just plain mean.

I also had a gift certificate as a graduation gift from my mother in law who lives in Virginia. She knew I loved this place so much that she bought it over the phone and they sent her a picture of it and they said that I could just show them the picture of the certificate when I’m there. She printed it out so it’d look nicer but I could understand that they wouldn’t accept it unless they had the actual picture so I text her and she gave me the original. All during this time I was treated like a scammer or something when I was just following what they had told my mother in law. While I was paying, that’s when I noticed the hair in the nail and when Stephen got even more upset.

I know they probably don’t care but I am so sad to not come back here again. I rarely get my nails done and it was my favorite spot. I hope nobody else has that same experience.

I take my partner here on a regular basis and I have gotten a pedicure and my nails done here as well. The staff know us as we are there at least once every 2 weeks and each time we have had an amazing experience. We have had many different nail techs and everyone is phenomenal. I highly recommend this nail salon and my partner and I will continue to come. If you’re looking for professional service and results look no further.
