I have been bringing my 3 kids to Kids First Pediatrics for about 18yrs now. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate this practice. All the providers truly care about the kids that go there. The providers also take their time to answer any questions you may have. I have never felt like my kids are just a number or have I been rushed. This practice is outstanding! Also, the nurses there are fantastic, especially Ms T. She has a gift of connecting with the kids and calming them.
I absolutely love Dr. Ashley and how she cares for her patients. I haven’t had a Dr care for my kids like that in such a long time and I’m so glad I located this office and she was the first Dr to see us cuz I never saw anyone else afterwards. The front desk staff Nicole & Melissa they are amazing they helped me get my kids in to be seen in a timely manner.when I walked in I was greeted with a Good morning and a smile. The nurses in back one for sure Dominque wow is all I can say they all simply love my kids and my kids love them thank y’all all for loving my children. I could never repay you. We've been bringing our children to this practice all their lives, but they've gone downhill in recent years, ever since they opened their Cliffdale location. It's been especially bad this year. We were supposed to get a time-sensitive referral near the beginning of this year; as of 6 months later, it hasn't happened. When my oldest had a physical and requested a referral for allergy testing and to be evaluated for ADHD, both she and my husband told me that the provider they saw acted particularly judgmental and rude regarding the latter; it's been at least 3 months and we still haven't gotten the referral for the former.
