I have a similar experience. I had a punch list that was supposed to be completed prior to closing March 2020. It’s more than a year and punch list is not completed. And, because most things were not completed at closing when I contacted Tim to finish he was not responsive and I had to get my agent involved. At that time, he gave me numbers to people I NEEDED to contact and arrange the work. Some great, some no responses. Tim promised before closing how he checks at different intervals to see what other things might need attention because a buyer may not catch everything before close. None of that happened and now I’m relegated to paying for everything to be completed.
