I had some quotes for my privacy fence. Unfortunately something went array with Brians and we did not get the full thing. Thinking it was without a gate and a couple thousand higher we went with Cape Fear. Since the gate was part of the drawing and measurements I was very surprised to learn it was not included. When I contacted Cape fear they told me they would get back to me later that day...After a couple weeks of that I called Brian. He was prompt and delivered an order for the proper gates in 2 days. (weekend lapse). He provided the gate without any cost markup and was very clear with all the details. Since Cape Fear only sent one man I had to do half of the work with him. For $5000.00 in labor I am very upset and would never again have any work performed by Cape Fear.
They did a great job. Even though, it was during COVID-19 situation. They had problems getting products from there suppliers, due cut back in workers. As soon as material was revived at Brunswick Fence Co, fence was up in two days. Brien keep me informed of what was going on and even sent me pictures of the progress. I think it’s a great Company and would recommend them highly.
