Tho we had a 1030 appt, we were asked to wait about 15 min. The manager du jour was very apologetic and explained the staffing issue. The tech who worked on my 93 yo MIL feet was pronounced “really good at her job” by mom. She hadn’t had foot care for some time, and it was a lot of careful work! As mom is unsteady and uses a walker, our tech suggested gel polish for the toes so mom could put her shoes on right away, rather than paper flip flops (baby, it’s cold outside as well). Our favorite place for mani/pedi. Tina and all the ladies always do a great job! They listen when I ask them to do things a little differently, and they never make fun of my scary feet!!! Lol (when I'm there, at least!! Haha) We always make appointments, so we never have to wait long, and they are always willing to do a wax on the fly! And they treat my princess like a princess too!!!

Pedicures are intense here unlike Bridgeport CT where they just go through the motions. No in and out, they aim to please. Just tell them exactly what you want done with your pedicure and nails.
