I loved the Holly Springs location just minutes from my home. I was able to book a last minute appointment the same day. Alexa was amazing! Probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Highly recommend, very accommodating and reasonably priced.

Had my first massage at Body and Sole Wellness yesterday. Kim was a gem. She listened patiently to my concerns and took them into account throughout the entire massage. I especially enjoyed the warm eye pads and the other warming pad she put across my back while she worked on my feet and legs. Kim checked in with me throughout the massage to ensure the pressure was firm and comfortable. It was a wonderful experience and I can't recommend her enough!!! Can't wait for the next one.

I had my first experience at Body & Sole today. It was great. Suzie worked on me and was wonderful. Very sensitive to my needs and communicative about what she was doing for me. I made a follow up appointment in a few weeks that I'm already looking forward to. My back hasn't felt this loose in months!
