Working with Grout Medic has been flawless from start to finish! Greg came to my home to give me a quote to do the grout work on my master bath. Nazareth (what a polite young man!!) and Jason came out to do the work and they did a fantastic job! The before and after... WOW!! AMAZING!! Had them come out twice to lay grout because every time it dried, there were a ton of pock mark holes where the grout wasnt mixed well and it created air bubbles that didnt set properly. Some of the pin holes were almost a quarter inch wide.
Before it even finished curing there were pockets showing, which is really disappointing considering the service fees
No we didnt pay for the sealant, but we couldnt even get to that due to incorrect grout application. The issue is that the grout was never mixed and applied properly, leaving pin holes all throughout the grout both times.
After redoing it myself, I believe the problem was the cleaning of the old grout. It wasnt professionally cleaned before applying the grout which allowed many sections to fail. My grout has none of the pin holes aa before so I can only assume I have fixed whatever was the issue the pros couldnt handle.
Long story short, save yourself some time and money and find another grout professional.
