We have been using natural lawns of America for a few years now and have always been happy with their service and honesty. Today Shawn came out to complete an aeration service but told us honestly to hold off, our lawn was too dry, it wouldn’t get deep enough to be beneficial. He recommended to do our watering when allowed and call back in a couple of weeks. We really appreciate him being truthful and helping us.

My lawn has never looked better since using Natural Lawn. NL aerated and over-seeded in the fall and have continued with fertilizing and applying pre-emergent. Not a weed in sight. Marcel the owner is very knowledgeable and Jamie the office manager is very efficient. All the technicians are pleasant and well informed. Their prices are reasonable and in line with the other companies who do not do the job Natural Lawn does or get the same results. Love this company!

I’ve been using NaturaLawn for about 2 years mainly for lawn (just added flea, tick, mosquito) and my lawn looks amazing! I’ve gotten the full lawn care program and aeration and seeding both years, and have added the insect services and have noticed impressive results! I highly recommend their services. It’s a great deal and the customer service covers the value tenfold. I get a text the day before every time and the technicians are super nice even if it’s a different one (usually the same every time). They leave detailed notes and recommendations. 5/5 10/10 highly recommend!

Company should not advertise for fire ant control, I have tried to be patient and work with them, using different treatments to control the ants. They said they could get rid of the ants and my yard would be free of fire ants, they stopped communicating, they do not answer emails and they have stopped returning phone calls, I have ended all future services and asked for a refund since there are still fire ants, I guess we will see what happens from there.

The representative that came out to talk about our lawn was very informative and sounded like it would be a great idea, but they showed up and did the lawn, showed up again the grass and the weeds were basically the same or more weeds. We called & he came out & sprayed again(as a courtesy spray & said he’d be back in 2 weeks! It has been a month & no word from him! I have my doubts about this company!

We are not at all impressed with this company.
We had a pretty nice lawn UNTIL we had them come and do 6 times of weed and feed last summer. It looks as though they were trying to kill off the grass and not the weeds. We have HUGE brown patches where grass was and the weeds seem to be thriving on the rest of the lawn. We have requested they respond to our issues and NOTHING. When I called the guy that came out last summer he is no longer with the company and says that the brown patches are normal?!? We were hoping they would at least cover the expense of us having to reseed our lawn.

You are an absolute train wreck lawn service - horrible results & customer service. My lawn was in great shape when you started and at the end of one summer it has multiple diseases and is infested with weeds. Now you say it takes 2/3 YEARS for your services to work! Everyone must AVOID
