Any new construction will have some sort of issues. Roy Denning came to address them and he’s a man of his words. He addressed them professionally, he wrote work orders with dates of completion and gave me a copy of each order. I am happy to say my issues are resolved.
Brice Witter has continuously done outstanding job ensuring our home’s warranty work was completed as seamless as possible. From our inspection to the work orders that followed, Brice and his team have thoughtfully and thoroughly handled their roles in the process. Our questions and concerns along the way have felt respected and well received throughout. Great work.
