I’ve seen Micaela Burke here twice. Each time she was thoughtful and diligent in handling my care. I always go to Avance, either this location, or West Cary, whether I have an ongoing or urgent problem.

Friendly staff - the front desk staff was helpful, the guy who took my vitals was very friendly, and Colin Gage, PA-C was extremely personable and thorough. I was seen quickly and wasn’t rushed out the door. I’ll come back.

Dr. Beena Patel is so much more than just a primary care doctor - she practically saved my life.After a car accident in 2019 with concussion and whiplash injury, I saw at least 12 different health care providers from neurology, orthopaedics, physical therapy, primary care, and urgent care. I was in SEVERE DAILY pain from headaches, neck pain, muscle tension, etc and none of these health care providers gave me significant relief from constant misery.When my health was at its worst in December 2021, I thankfully found Dr. Beena Patel.
