I'm happy to report that my earlier review has now changed. They have agreed to make right the above neglect, not charging me further for their mistake. I'm now going in to refreeze the area. Thank you for making this right. I really appreciate this.
Dr. Justin Loucks is one of the best providers in Morehead city. He is super knowledgeable, empathetic, and has great patience. He takes the time to listen to each patient, and provides accurate diagnosis. He even takes the time and trouble to make follow up calls, to monitor the progress and give advice. We highly recommend Dr. Loucks.
I go to this practice once a year & have always been very happy with their service. I am a sun worshipper & have been my whole life. Fortunately I had never had any skin cancer but now at age 70 I have a Squamous cell skin cancer on my leg . They did a biopsy first & just notified me it was a skin cancer So they will remove & I completely trust their abilities.
